Portable Touchscreen Monitor 14” Full HD 1080p – PMT-14 (#49591)

Yes, you can use a capacitive stylus pen.

No, they don´t support VESA mount.

No, they don’t. You can rotate the screen only over the operating system.

Please follow the instructions on the link below. Over HMDI please connect your PMT also with a USB-C to USB-A data cable prior to the power cable to your computer, to be able to use touch the function.

    

Enable and disable a touchscreen in Windows - Microsoft Support

How to setup touch extended mode in Windows:

  1. To get started, open the Control Panel and select Tablet PC Settings.

  2. Or, hit the Windows key and type: calibrate and select the “Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input” result at the top.

  3. Under Display, click the drop-down menu and select the PMT display.

  4. Then, click Setup

  5. Select Touch Input

  6. Press ‘Enter’ on your Keyboard to switch the touch set up to the PMT

  7. Tap the PMT´s screen.  

  8. Press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard again to submit recognition

Mac OSX has no native touch support. You can try using the free version of the UPDD Touch Software or buy the full version. https://touch-base.com

You should check in its specifications, if it supports DP Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3 or 4.

The display is glossy. Only our PM-14 model has a matt display.

No, it isn´t supported.

Please first connect the power supply to your PMT and then connect it by USB-C to your new notebook.

No, single cable USB-C connection is not a guaranteed function. If power is not sufficient, attach the included power supply.

It has only a USB-C port of type 2.0. That does not support a portable monitor.

It must have at least a USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 port with DisplayPort(DP) Alt Mode compatibility.

Plug the USB-C to USB-A cable into the monitor prior to the power cable and before connecting the HDMI cable can solve that problem.

Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Verbatim. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranties:

Limited Lifetime Warranty (Optical Media only)

We guarantee this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If found to be faulty, it will be replaced free of charge. Return it with your original receipt to the place of purchase or contact us directly.

2-Year Limited Warranty (Most Products)

Covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of original purchase (batteries excluded). If a defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced at no cost.

3-Year Limited Warranty (Internal SSDs only)

Covers Internal SSDs purchased from 27/11/2024 onwards. If defective within 3 years, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Please note:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or incompatibility with your computer system.

  • Verbatim is not responsible for any data loss or indirect damages.

  • This warranty applies to products sold in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

  • Your legal rights may vary depending on your country – please refer to your local laws for full details.

Returns, Repairs & RMA

If your product isn’t working as expected, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your accessories
    Ensure you're using the original power adapter, cables, or other accessories that came with the product.

  2. Contact our Support Team
    Get in touch by email or phone. Our team will help diagnose the issue.

  3. Request an RMA number
    If the product is found to be faulty, you’ll receive a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number to send the product back.

  4. Package the product properly
    Use original packaging if available
    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside
    Include any original accessories (cables, power adapter, etc.)

Once we receive your return, we’ll repair or replace the product as soon as possible.
